TITLE German: Graduate Training Program, Client Side

Contract type: Accelerated and structured 2 year graduate training programme

Salary Year 1 : £36,000 + bonus (Average total 1^st year salary is £43,000)

Salary Year 2: £38,000 + bonus(Average total 2^nd year salary is £48,000)

The role:

• Act as first point of contact between clients and industry thought leaders
• Liaising with clients and understanding what information they need
• Matching the client with correct industry expert .
• Organising expert ” interviews” or in-person meetings, surveys
• Diary coordination: Schedule and manage all client-to-expert appointments
• Follow-up with client and expert
• Research new experts using Linkedin etc. Approaching them, connecting and asking if they would be happy to be added to the rosta of industry talent

Requirements

• Degree: 2,1 minimum
• Fluent German/English ( other languages are an asset )
• This is an entry-level role and so no prior work experience is necessary. However, relevant internships and other evidence of interest in business and a commercial career are desirable
• Happy making outbound calls
