This is a really lovely role for a bilingual GERMAN AND DUTCH speaker. You will be dealing with inbound enquiries that come from the website of this well-known membership organisation, responding to the enquiry and engaging with the caller over the phone to assess their needs and then offering them membership packages/benefits and price points to consider. There is no cold calling at all, but you will be transforming an enquiry into a new member, and this will involve upselling and the ability to explain pricing structures and the benefits of membership. There is no cold calling at all, but you will be transforming an enquiry from an interested person, into a brand-new member and this will involve some upselling and explaining pricing and the benefits of membership.
Taking inbound calls from interested potential B2B customers.
Dealing with enquiries regarding subscription renewals or training related issues
Explain the exclusive membership benefits on offer
Explain the three membership packages on offer (the packages range between £320-£700 per annum)
Get a real understanding of what the customer wants and identify the best package for the client.
