French Speaking Customer Support Advisor
Job Type: Permanent (full-time)

Salary: Up to £24,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful French Speaking Customer Support Advisor, with previous Customer Service experience and an interest in the Foods Market. Our client works with a global Franchise company and are based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
In this role, you will utilise your expertise in handling incoming enquires, reporting trend information when required, and ensure a continuous professional service. Amongst others, some of your main responsibilities will be:
-Delivering an exceptional customer service to a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
-Demonstrate resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
-Logging and resolving incoming enquiries via the Support Desk.
-Monitor product escalation and ensure appropriate and timely resolutions.
Skills and experience required:
-Fluent in French and English
-Strong Customer Service skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment
-Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks
-Passion for high standard service delivery
