Duties : Using the experience gained from guiding countless firms through the setup of a new workflow system, you will play a crucial role in establishing a post-sale client relationship, guiding new customers through unfamiliar tech territory quickly and painlessly. This role is ideal for someone who has an appreciation for object-oriented programming but also enjoys building relationships with clients.
Patiently & diplomatically walk clients through the post-sale technical enablement process
Assisting with software installation (including configurations) on-site
Liaising with clients via email and over the telephone in order to timetable their staff training sessions
Guide, assist and look after the clients throughout the installation of the software
Install integration tools
Liaise with colleague globally for team meetings, training, and conferences
Previous experience as a Support Engineer or Technical Account Manager
Extensive knowledge of infrastructure components and hardware
Experience of working with clients on software installation and configuration
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Experience with Java and REST APIs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience of working in Client facing roles, while having a background or an interest in Object-Oriented Programming
