As a French Speaking Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and help shape the company’s strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients through calls and meetings
Build your pipeline, follow up on quotes, and ensure successful deal closures
Provide excellent customer support and manage client expectations in collaboration with the production team
Meet and exceed KPIs, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and report on your progress to your manager
Manage existing accounts, analyse quote requests, prepare sales proposals, and close deals
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of overachieving targets
Fluency in English and French
A positive attitude with a persistent nature
Must have the right to work in the UK as there is no sponsorship available
Bilingual French/English
