The company creates and sells software solutions and then provides a full implementation and structured training service.
A snapshot of your role
You will have a dual role:1) PROJECT MANAGEMENT the implementation and installation of software 2) TRAINING YOUR CLIENTS based in France in how best to use the software and communicating in a straight forward way . In this role you will have plenty of face-to-face client contact and you will need to have very refined customer care skills as well as patience and the ability to communicate persuasively (and calmly) with your clients who will need software training but who have a low IT knowledge base.
This role is very varied as you will work on several projects at any one time, and will forge trusting relationships with your clients. There are genuine career opportunities in this sector as the company continues to grow. The company pride itself on carefully structured implementation and training programmes.
Full use of your French and English to liaise with a portfolio of clients across France
You will be project managing the implementation of up to 5 projects at a time across France and the UK
Liaising with developers who will help configure the software
Gently guide your customers through a carefully structured implementation programme, taking into consideration their time scales and budgets.
There will be some, occasional travel involved to client sites in France (a mix of 2 nights per month)
Liaising with external suppliers and internal departments, including Purchasing, and accounts
Undertake structured client training on a face to face basis, on the phone or interactively via video conferencing or webinars
Adapt training materials where necessary
Providing a personalised and top-quality customer service at all times
Assist in the configuration of the software
French to native standard
Previous experience in rolling out business software solutions
