MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for a passionate customer service representative with a commercial mindset to work in a Help-desk centre, providing technical advice in English, French and Italian. This role is a combination of B2B Client Support and Sales.
Your key responsibilities will be: * Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department. * Providing excellent customer service (including inbound & outbound telephone and email). * Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy. * Helping customers logging and managing incidents and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution. Advising, processing and logging customer queries. * Providing clear communications between the company and its customers. Ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing product advice. * Recognising problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers. * Identifying potential membership upgrade/opportunities for Business Development and transferring them to the relevant departments. * Make an agreed number of outbound calls and contacts per assigned projects to meet the targets. * Engaging with lapsed members via phone and email and being able to renew their membership.
* Fluent in English, Italian and French. The three languages MUST be fluent. * Ideal for a candidate with Customer Service experience (Account Manager, Call Centre, Telesales, etc). * Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone. * Excellent writing abilities, as the role will require answering emails in both languages. * Confident in IT systems – Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM. * Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
