This role is based in PARIS and is a sales admin support /customer care role . You will be working for an international restaurant and food retailer helping to support the restaurants with any issues that they have regarding their catering equipment such as ovens, microwaves, mixers etc . This is a lovely customer support role and you will need experience of dealing with catering equipment suppliers and have experience in locating new suppliers. Salary : Eu 65000-71,000 ( this is comprised of a base of Eu 55,900 plus 10% Bonus and car allowance Euro 8664)

The role: You will be supporting restaurants who need help managing their equipment suppliers in France).
Manage Service Level Agreements with suppliers
Act as the customer services escalation point for issues regarding the performance of equipment suppliers.
Liaise with manufacturers to resolve the issues in the long term.
Work with suppliers to drive down the cost of out-of-warranty pricing.
Source additional/alternative suppliers to repair and maintenance restaurant equipment such as ovens, microwaves etc.
Help to evaluate new restaurant products and undertake field testing and then implementation.
Research & collate new product information
Attend equipment events
Experience of working with catering equipment
Fluent written and spoken French.
Supplier performance management experience.
Customer service experience.
Experience of negotiation and sourcing new suppliers.
Excellent communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
