Do you have experience of FOOD-Related SUPPLIER management ? This is a role in which you would be working largely from home ( 2 days only in the office) but in which you will be managing a portfolio of new supplier relationships within the restaurant sector to make sure that suppliers hit their KPI’s & continuously improve. In this role you will be leading, persuading and encouraging a positive and transparent mutually beneficial relationships . Salary total comp of circa £50,000 ( comprised of base salary of c£45,000 + 10% bonus)
Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid work: 3 days wfh. 2 days in the office)

Purpose of the role. This is a newly created role in which you will manage existing and new supplier relationships within food ( specifically bakery, dairy & sauce). You will be responsible for developing reporting solutions to monitor suppliers’ performance and ensure value for money across the supply chain

Monitoring and managing operational performance of a supplier portfolio
Developing strong supplier relationships
Identifying opportunities to improve supplier service performance
Use of data analytics to support suppliers in making improvements
Do general food risk assessments
Ensure that suppliers are meeting their contractual duties
Explore continuous improvement
Consolidating supplier performance KPIs monthly
Conducting internal performance reviews with the Distribution team
