Salary : £61,000 (Comprised of a base salary of £56,000, a £5,000 car allowance)

The role: This is a commercial business partnering role and includes stakeholder management and project management aspects of offices across EMEA. So, there will be plenty of senior level contact alongside the “nitty gritty” of maintenance/legislation/regulations
Duties: 5 key duties: 1) Team Management/2) Health & Safety implementation/3) Facilities Management across 8 locations/4) Effective stakeholder communication/5) Sustainability Project management
1)Team Management
Directly management of a team ( including front of house staff)
Undertake appraisals, hire new joiners and recommend training where necessary. Liaise with HR
Coach and lead from the front
Liaising with staff who are based on-site
2) Health & Safety
Overseeing facilities management across 8 EMEA locations (offices, showrooms and retail stores)
Overseeing or renegotiate new maintenance contracts
Managing costs and budgets
Introduce new initiatives
Ensure compliance with local and national legislation
Develop and implement Health & Safety Policies
3) Facilities Management
Conduct regular audits of all facilities
Liaise with contractors
Manage budgets
Maintenance of Company insurance policies
Project work to develop and implement an EMEA policy on Corporate responsibility regarding sustainability
Liaise with teams across all levels of seniority in the business
4) Effective stakeholder communications
Keep the management team up to date
Undertake new projects
Meet deadlines
Provide a top class customer service to the business
Communicate clearly and effectively with contractors in order to get the best service
5) Sustainability project Management
Work closely with global Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability team to bring region in line with global initiatives
Develop and implement an EMEA policy on Corporate responsibility
Liaise with local experts.
Requirements
Solid Facilities Management background
Experience of end-to-end delivery of Health & Safety policies
Experience of working across multiple retail locations ( essential)
