The role The role of the Senior HR Advisor is to ensure the delivery of professional and timely HR services are provided to managers and employees. The role proactively supports the business in a range of HR activities including recruitment, on-boarding, induction, performance management, disciplinary and termination issues.
Working closely and act as the first point of contact for line managers and employees for all HR related issues
Providing generalist HR advice and supporting investigations including grievance and disciplinary, performance review process and absence management
Supporting the recruitment process by ensuring the appropriate documentation has been completed (approval process), interviewing candidates and advising line managers on recruitment and selection strategies
Assist with the continuous review, development, documentation and communication of HR policies and processes, ensuring any legislative updates are acted upon with the relevant stakeholders
Driving business performance by contributing ideas to enable continuous improvement and best practice in all areas of HR
Ensure that employees are on-boarded and inducted effectively into the business
Ensure that e-learning is managed effectively for the parts of the business supported
Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks both within HR and across the organisation.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a HR role
Have an excellent working knowledge of up-to-date employment legislation
CIPD qualified OR Bachelors/master’s in human resources/Law
