Company Details: Leading multinational company in IT manufacturing with more than 50,000 employees around the world. They produce high-quality equipment in security. They are looking for a talented HR Director with solid experience in manufacturing business to support the UK team in London!

Job duties

Lead the local HR team to optimize and implement the HR daily work, including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, benefit management, Expat and VISA management, team building. To meet the needs of business development;
Understand the organization structure and its needs;
Review and advise upon amendments to HR related policies and procedures;
Support the business leaders to improve the people management skills, pay attention to the introduction and retention of key talents, ensure the smooth communication and feedback between leaders and employees;
Control the budget and report on current and future staffing, training, wellbeing, award costs;
support long-term business goals and outcomes and needs in HR.

Requirements:

CIPD qualified
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Solid HR Experience in Manufacturing Business (Essential)
