This is a superb opportunity for an experienced, highly capable Turkish speaking PA/Executive Assistant.
Working for a highly successful global fashion empire, you will support 2 Heads of the business who have recently relocated to London from Turkey.
Your duties will include:
- To provide a comprehensive, diplomatic and totally confidential support to the Executive Director & Executive Vice President including organising diaries, task prioritisation, event and meeting organisation.
- Manage telephone calls for the Executive Director & Executive Vice President ensuring only appropriate calls are passed through.
- Provide secretarial support to other Senior Managers when required
- Assist the Senior Management Team with diary management and meeting preparations when required.
- Organise and assist with adhoc confidential personal duties for the Executive Director & Executive Vice President, including their family plus Senior Managers
- In – House Hospitality – Ensuring all necessary arrangements have been made for expected visitors
- Responsible for the collation and distribution of the monthly Board reports.
Successful candidates will have proven experience of supporting other senior Executives in a similar role.
