You will be taking inbound calls from restaurant clients across Holland, and providing them with product information and all the help they need to support their restaurant business. It’s a lovely, very consultative role in which you will be supporting business owners and will therefore get to know them very well indeed! . This is NOT a high-pressure call centre environment and the role will have a high admin element too as you provide business advice and support. TITLE : Dutch Customer Support Services Assistant ( Hospitality sector)
Location: Hybrid work (only 2 days in the office . The rest will be wfh)
Nearest Train station: High Wycombe station
Contract Type: 12 month contract
Language needed: Fluent Dutch
Salary :c£31,000 ( made up of c£28,000 pa + fixed 10% bonus. There are lovely additional benefits)

Duties:
Use of Dutch,and English daily both written (email) and spoken
Logging enquiries
Dealing with restaurant queries
Advising of administrative, training or general support
Coordinating training dates
Liaising with external suppliers including food, beverage and packaging suppliers, suppliers of food and all high value catering related equipment such as ovens, etc .
Writing supplier reports in English and Dutch
Liaising with customers holding loyalty cards
Requirements
Ability to speak fluent Dutch and fluent English
Experience of a call centre or high pressure customer services role in the past (hotels, call centres or other)
