Location: Remote (however there will be 4 visits to the office per month during probation )

Salary : £27,000-£34,000 ( a fresh graduate will be considered and full training provided )

The role in a nutshell: This is a delightful and very consultative post-sales admin support role with the emphasis on really looking after customers. There will be full training provided and initially you will need to spend 2-3 days a week in the office for training. However after probation/training , and once you are happy and comfortable with the job, then you will have the chance to work fully remotely if you want to…or on a hybrid basis. Duties:
Using Dutch and German daily to communicate with clients across Holland, Belgium , Austria , Switzerland and Germany
Providing a solid after -sales support
Helping with product advice, providing pricing information and liaising with the warehouses to arrange deliveries
Following up after product delivery to ensure that the client is happy
Updating pricing lists and communicating price changes
Coordinating product recalls
Report writing
Dealing with all customer issues and escalating these where necessary
Explaining the loyalty scheme
Requirements
Ability to speak fluent Dutch, German and English
