Key Responsibilities
- As the Dealer Training Specialist, deliver high‑impact training across sales process, customer experience and accreditation pathways.
- Conduct on‑site induction and ongoing upskilling for new and existing retailers.
- Acting as the Dealer Training Specialist, support model launches and event‑based training with engaging, on‑brand communication.
- Develop eLearning modules, toolkits and classroom materials to support network capability uplift.
- Identify underperforming retailers and deliver targeted performance‑improvement interventions.
- Provide mystery‑shop coaching, sales‑journey refinement and tailored practice sessions.
- Deliver in‑person and virtual training aligned with evolving business priorities.
- Support special projects and rapid‑response initiatives across the field team.
Requirements
- The ideal Dealer Training Specialist brings proven automotive training or field coaching experience.
- A successful Dealer Training Specialist excels in communication, presenting and behaviour‑change delivery.
- Strong understanding of sales process, customer experience metrics and franchise retail operations.
- Ability to work independently across a wide geographical region.
- Confident using LMS platforms, digital tools and modern content‑creation systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
