Role: You will manage the admin, data, and processes behind opening new dealerships. There will be some UK travel in this role to help with the onboarding process of new franchises
DUTIES
Franchise administration
- Maintain the dealership Franchise Status Sheet.
- issue and track dealership contracts
- Keep records accurate ,up to date and in line with legal requirements
Onboard new dealers
- Provide administrative advice and support to new dealers
- Ensure all steps in the “new dealer process” are completed
- Support dealer launch events
Reporting & data analysis
- Maintain key reports dealer network status
- Market/geographic data
- Marketing /Branding: Supporting the” look & feel” of the dealership
- Make sure branding is in line with marketing (Signage, Showroom setup)
- All supplier management
- Track and manage related payments
REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive OEM experience (essential)
- A demonstrable background and understanding of Franchise administration
- Car driver/owner
