Title: Customer Support Specialist (German speaker)
Sector: Cars and automotive dealership support
Language required: Fluent German + Turkish would be an advantage
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + excellent benefits
Location: Reading (Hybrid working after training)
Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
The company: American designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-end equipment. This company supplies tools to heavy industry such as automotive, marine, and aviation. They “think outside the box” to invent new ways to make equipment better and more efficient and the office environment is therefore quite creative and has an innovative “feel”. You will get full training on all the products that you will be dealing with in order to provide the best-in-class in terms of support to clients
The role: The main part of the role is to support incoming and outgoing queries from/to automotive dealerships in Germany, Switzerland and Austria in German. As a frontline representative of the company, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely fashion and according to SLA agreements
Logging customer queries and issues using call logging software
Maintaining external and internal SLAs
Data analysis and publishing financial business reporting
Ensuring customer service requirements and delivered in accordance to SLA agreements
Controlling user registration and access to the service
Skills:
Effective communication skills in German (native level)
Turkish – verbal and written would be an advantage
Previous experience working in a customer care role
