Key Responsibilities
- As the Customer Relationship Manager, support the development of customer operation platforms and tools.
- Manage and deal with aftersales focused customer complaints as and when they arise
- Work with partners to streamline aftersales processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Translate user needs into actionable plans; the Customer Relationship Manager ensures measurable outcomes.
- Analyse retail and fleet behaviours to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Act as the visible Customer Relationship Manager, boosting engagement and lifecycle performance.
- Use data insights to refine service steps and resolve friction points.
Requirements
