The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Polish‑speaking Content Media Coordinator to help identify, engage, and onboard emerging creators across the Polish market. You’ll be at the forefront of discovering what’s resonating culturally, spotting rising talent early, and helping creators take their first steps into live streaming.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes online culture, understands where creators are building audiences, and gets excited about helping them succeed.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively scouting creator talent across social, streaming, and content platforms
• Reaching out to emerging creators and positioning live streaming as a compelling next step in their journey
• Staying across creator trends, viral moments, and platform shifts
• Supporting creators through onboarding and confidently getting them to their first live stream
• Partnering closely with internal teams to ensure creators are set up for long‑term success
• Working with a high level of autonomy while contributing ideas to improve outreach approaches

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in Polish and English
• A strong interest or experience in creator support, influencer marketing, lead generation, or community management
• Deep curiosity about internet culture, live streaming, and the creator ecosystem
• A proactive, organised, and persistent mindset
• Confidence communicating with creators and building trusted relationships

Bonus points if you have

• Familiarity with live‑streaming tools or software
• Existing relationships with creators across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
• Strong awareness of emerging content and creator trends
