We’re looking for a detail‑driven, proactive Content Evaluation Specialist to join a global Partner Operations team supporting creators and partners across EMEA, North America, APAC and Latin America.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving problems at scale, and takes pride in accuracy, ownership and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of global partner operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and setup for creators and partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and resolving high‑volume inbound operations requests with quick turnaround times
• Manually configuring and validating partner and channel settings to ensure accurate setup
• Tracking, analysing and reporting key operational metrics, identifying trends and insights
• Acting as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across multiple global regions
• Keeping stakeholders informed with clear updates on ticket status and operational progress
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and increase efficiency

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• 1-3 years’ experience in operations, sales operations, customer support or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume workloads without compromising on accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence handling data, reporting and performance metrics
• The ability to manage your own priorities in a fast‑moving environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM or ticketing tools such as Salesforce
• Background in customer operations, onboarding or platform support
• Familiarity with digital platforms, marketplaces or creator ecosystems
