Responsibilities:
Provide a full spectrum of HR support to Senior Management and ensure the Company operating in line with UK employment law and excellent practice
Support the delivery of day-to-day HR processes on the local market, including recruitment, application of UK working visa for overseas employees, localization of company policies and maintenance of employee database, etc.
Act as the Authorizing Officer for the Company’s visa sponsor license
Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with statutory requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness
Produce reports and presentations regarding to salary or employee issues when required
Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
5 years or above of proven experience in a HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK
Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll administration, experience dealing with visa is highly preferred
Must be eligible to work in UK and be eligible to act as the Authorizing Officer for the Company’s visa sponsor license
Able to provide DBS check
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
