A leading logistics and transportation organisation is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive partner recruitment and activation across Southern Europe. This hybrid role, based in London, offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of European freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new logistics partners, guiding them through established processes
- Pitch the program to selected leads and manage the recruitment pipeline
- Refine the program’s value proposition based on market insights
- Maintain strong engagement with partners and proactively address challenges
- Improve partner services to enhance quality and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, CRM, or business development
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Fluency in English and business-level French or Italian is essential
