Location: 100% remote working
Language Required: Fluent Italian
Salary: €21,000 + commission (up to €25,000 OTE, uncapped)
Hours: Mon – Fri – 9am – 5.30pm
The Company Our client is an international estate agent who help buyers purchase properties aboard.
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful biz dev player who can not only drive growth, but crucially, continue to build on current relationships. The role will focus on increasing our presence among estate agents in Italy and driving commercial growth in this territory.
You will be fired up by the idea of playing a key role in this growth and will be excited to use your fluent language skills and your highly innovative, can-do attitude to make this happen.
Maintain current sales in Italy
Source and onboard prospect clients (cold calls) using email, phone, and social media
Nurture and strengthen current partnerships
Selling the companies prime package to existing Free agents and other prospects
Provide ongoing feedback to the Commercial and Leadership team on ways to improve the prospecting and account management processes and increase results
Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to optimise agent targeting
Identify decision makers
Fluent spoken and written Italy and English
Experience in business development or sales is ideal
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to make connections and interact effectively with people at all levels via phone, zoom, email and social media
Driven by success KPIs, excited by growth opportunities and making a real difference
Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Google Drive
