Salary : £25,300 pa + additional bens in year one.
This is made up of a base of £23k + 10% fixed bonus , 25 days holiday and subsidised learning programmes

Customer contact centre providing a global centralised customer care purchasing ” hub” for clients within the food and drink sector . This organisation is a not-for-profit company and aims to get is clients the best possible prices on food products in order to support them in growing and becoming successful. The company sources products, and supplies customers in Germany as well as the rest of Europe. THis is an open plan office environment and you will work with other executives from around the world.
Use of German and English daily both written (email) and spoken
Providing a helpful and attentive customer care service to already-established clients looking for administrative, training or general help desk support
Taking time and effort to really understand the client’s needs and resolve issues quickly for them whilst retaining the client’s goodwill
Assisting clients with any training queries and coordinating training dates
Liaising with external suppliers including food, beverage and packaging suppliers, suppliers of food and all high value catering related equipment such as ovens, etc .
Writing supplier reports.
Liaising with customers holding loyalty cards
Fluent German and English
Charming and caring telephone manner
Experience of a call centre or high pressure customer services role in the past (hotels, call centres or other)
