TITTLE: Arabic Speaker Customer Service & Sales Executive
LOCATION: Central London (Working remotely under current Government recommendations)
SALARY: 28,000 GBP + bonus & benefits
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Fluent Arabic and English. Any additional languages are welcome.
NOTE: Candidates must be elegible to work in the UK – VISA sponsorhip is not provided.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for passionate customer service representative to work in a help desk centre, providing technical advice either in Arabic and English. This role is a combination of Customer Service and Sales. Your key responsibilities will be:
Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
Providing excellent customer service (including inbound & outbound telephone and email).
Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy.
Helping customers logging and managing incidents and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution. Advising, processing and logging customer queries.
Providing clear communications between the company and its customers. Ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing product advice.
Recognising problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers.
Identifying potential membership upgrade/opportunities for Business Development and transferring them to the relevant departments.
Make an agreed number of outbound calls and contacts per assigned projects to meet the targets.
Engaging with lapsed clients via phone and email and renewing their membership.
Fluency in Arabic and Italian. Any other languages are welcome.
Minimum of two years in Customer Service, Sales or a Call-Centre environment.
Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written.
Confident in IT systems – Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
