Arabic and French Speaker Customer Service Rep (Both Languages required) Job Type: Permanent (full-time). Location: Central London. Start date: As soon as possible. We are looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful bilingual French and Arabic speaker with solid experience in Customer Service, with an interest in the hospitality or travel industry. You will use your passion and expertise to help clients to get the most from the service provided and will use your research and communication skills to provide personalised solutions to the existing clients. Within others, your main responsibilities will be:
– Proactively deliver an exceptional customer service to a wide network of high-profile clients within the agreed deadlines. – Establish clear, detailed and thorough client briefs. – Researching the best options to meet and exceed the requirements of the clients. – Offering tailored lifestyle suggestions to your members to maximise the value they get from the service. – Ensure client’s expectations are managed within the agreed deadlines. – Always go above and beyond client requests. – Ensuring ongoing client satisfaction by managing client expectations and resolving complaints.
Skills and experience required:
– Fluent in French, Arabic and English. Candidates MUST speak all these three languages to be considered for the role. – Strong customer service experience, ideally with previous exposure to Middle East clients. Background in Hospitality, Hotels or Luxury Retail is desirable. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment. – Proactive and resourceful approach. – Proficiency with Microsoft Office package. – Passion for high standard service delivery.
