Job Description:
Our client is a global technology business and are expanding their customer acquisition division. The team is responsible for acquiring new customers for audio services app and website. This role will work closely with the CRO Manager whose remit is to optimise the conversions from web and app journeys. This individual will be driving execution of our Conversion Rate Optimisation road-map.
Key responsibilities
Briefing and delivering research via 3rd party agencies
Setting up and launching website, app & outbound comms tests
Analysing results and drawing insights from data
Sharing learnings across teams and geographies
Inputting to future road-maps and opportunities for the CRO function
Supporting key promotional opportunities prioritised by the team
Auditing and documenting user journeys on our websites and apps
Managing web & app content updates
Requirements
Education to degree level ideally in marketing or a business-related field
Experience of customer acquisitions ideally within an e-commerce environment or merchandising
Knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems CMS
Technical knowledge of Conversion Rate Marketing CRO (Desirable)
Experience with utilising CRM systems#
Knowledge of Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics (Desirable)
