Freelance Lawyer
Title: Freelance Lawyer
Salary: Percentage of the deal up to 50%
Location: Anywhere in the UK! (Preferably near London but not required)
About the client: Our client is a reputable law firm from China. They’re setting up London branch as a hub for EU to provide 360 services to their clients.
Role in a nutshell: You will be one of their freelance lawyers and help deal with cases in your specialised areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of matters within your areas of specialisation
- Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, handling all aspects of legal proceedings, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing them with the highest level of service and support
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of legal services
Requirements
- UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of PQE
- Good understanding of Chinese culture is a plus but not essential
- Proven track records of success in managing complex legal matters and achieving favourable outcomes for clients
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
