Duties: 3 key areas: General HR Admin, Recruitment and Payroll
HR Admin
Maintain HR related documentation (passport copies/visa’s/education qualifications/references etc) in hard copy and electronic copy
Management of expat admin processes (including visa renewal, processes tax payments, and liaising with HR Hong Kong)
Undertake all new joiner/leaver administration
Staying up to date on UK employment law and policy changes
Create job specs
Managing bookings for travel or meetings for employees and relevant visiting delegations
Manage internal employee relations
Recruitment
Lead recruitment processes
Liaise with external recruitment agencies
Organise and schedule interviews
Provide interview feedback to applicants and agencies
Upload job vacancies onto company website
Payroll
Manage UK local and expat staff monthly payroll
Oversee compensation and benefits
Oversee the administration of additional monthly payments (Group Pension, monthly, private medical insurance, health screening, etc)
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist role
Fluent Mandarin
Degree level education or equivalent qualifications (CIPD qualifications)
