Nurse – POLAND

Unique opportunity for a qualified NURSE who is based in POLAND who is looking for an opportunity to move away from direct hands-on patient care and instead take on a management and hospital quality assurance position. This is primarily a clinical case management role, with patient liaison and healthcare quality assurance responsibilities. In this role ( 100% remote) you will be travelling to private hospitals and clinics across Poland to review care standards and ensure that the facilities remain top notch . Work style : 100% remote from POLAND

Travel involved: 3-4 hospital visits per month . This role is mainly home-office based

Work style: Flexible and mainly home-based (start time is anytime between 8am-11am and a 37 hour week )

Salary : Total salary package: PLN 123,300 per annum

Comprised of :

· Basic salary: 105,000 PLN per annum

· 15,900 PLN car allowance per annum

· 2,400 PLN home allowance per annum

· Paid overtime if working bank holidays

Languages required : Polish & English fluency

Qualification Required: A local nursing licence and qualification

Car driver : Essential

Duties : Unique opportunity for an experienced, qualified nurse based in Poland who would like to move away from traditional ward-based nursing into a mobile clinical case management role. Full training provided

The role:

Your role will be to support patients receiving treatment in Polish hospitals and act as an important link between patients, their treating doctors and an international medical team.

This is an independent, field-based nursing position combining patient support, clinical case management, medical communication and healthcare quality assurance.

· Making appointments with medical centres in order to meet the teams and assess quality

· Gaining an understanding of the specific issues that affect the medical centre and hospital in terms of staff retention and recruitment

· Dealing with escalations

· Suggesting and implementing changes to maintain the quality standards of the facility

· Producing detailed clinical reports to assess detailed clinical information including past medical history to allow for accurate on-going case management.

· Supporting patient care where required (translation of documents, chaperone support )

· Attend and participate in staff meetings, internal and external educational offerings, in order to maintain professional development requirements

Requirements

· Car driver

· Polish Nursing qualification

· 4 years previous generalist nursing experience

· Fluent Polish and English

· Experience of working in an English speaking medical environment ( NHS, or on Cruise ships)
