Korean Financial Director

The role: This is a wonderful role for an ACCA ( or equivalent ) qualified accountant with fluent Korean to take on a key role within a fashion related business. This organisation is at the forefront of brining K-beauty products into the UK market and you will have full ownership of the financial control and all the reporting . The job will allow you genuine autonomy as well as involve team management (the team of 3-4 people is very friendly and great to work with …they are all energetic and committed and you will mentor and coach them in a nice collaborative work environment )

• Duties:Use of fluent Korean on a daily basis .
• Manage a team of 3-5 finance professionals
• Oversee and optimise stock management, ensuring efficiency and profitability in retail operations.
• Help to drive digital transformation and improved reporting capabilities.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Korean & English
• ACCA full qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven track record as a CFO, Financial Controller, Accountant or senior finance leader.
• Experience managing and mentoring a finance team
• Ideally a background in fashion, retail or consumer goods, with hands-on knowledge of stock management.
