Title: Logistics Assistant

Salary: Up to 35K – depending on experience and current salary

Location: London

Key Responsibilities

• Support the UK dealer network with enquiries relating to vehicle delivery timing and registration status
• Liaise with vehicle logistics and transport partners to support inbound processing and outbound deliveries
• Assist regional sales and fleet teams with vehicle status updates and logistics reporting
• Coordinate information between logistics, sales and internal manufacturer departments
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with dealers and external service providers
• Help document and review logistics and delivery processes to support consistency and improvement
• Provide wider operational support across logistics, sales support and national operations as required

What We’re Looking For

• Early career experience within automotive, construction, heavy machinery or a related operational environment
• Strong written and spoken English
• Interest in logistics, supply chain or dealer-facing operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational setting
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience or exposure to vehicle, equipment or asset logistics is desirable but not essential
