We’re recruiting a Business Development Specialist (BusinessโLevel French Speaker) to join a fastโgrowing, ambitious sales team within a globally recognised travel and experiences brand. You’ll be working at the heart of an evolving sales organisation, influencing strategy while delivering outstanding results.
What you’ll be doing
- Making highโvolume outbound sales calls in French to engage potential business clients
- Testing, refining and improving sales pitches and approaches
- Feeding back on what resonates with French-speaking markets to shape sales strategy
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating closely with sales leadership and crossโfunctional teams
- Maintaining accurate, upโtoโdate records in Salesforce
- Contributing creative ideas to improve sales initiatives
- Adapting quickly in a fastโmoving, changeable environment
What we’re looking for
- Businessโlevel fluency in French (spoken and written) – essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales or a similar role
- A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Confidence with frequent outbound calling and strong timeโmanagement skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
