Salary: €60,000 – €70,000/year plus commission and bonus

About the Role

We are partnering with a high-growth international manufacturer in the medical device and drug delivery sector, specialising in injection pen systems, pen needles, and cartridges.

The business is expanding its footprint across Europe and is building a dedicated commercial team focused on pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships. This is a pure B2B sales role with strong exposure to global markets, exhibitions, and key account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across European and English-speaking markets
• Identify, approach, and close deals with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, quotation, and closing
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Represent the company at international medical and pharma exhibitions
• Conduct client meetings and presentations in English (virtual and in-person)
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have)

• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in medical devices
• Direct experience in at least ONE of the following:

1. Injection pens
2. Insulin pen needles
3. Cartridge

• Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue independently
• Strong English communication skills (business fluent)
• Experience in international sales or export markets

Preferred Experience

• Existing network within pharma or medical device manufacturers
• Experience working with European clients or distributors
• Exposure to trade shows, exhibitions, or international business travel
• Background in high-value technical sales (medical, diagnostics, pharma equipment)
