TITLE: COMMERCIAL MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION: United Kingdom
SALARY: Estimated £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + benefits

THE ROLE:
This is a strategic marketing role with responsibility for planning and delivering UK‑focused marketing activity across brand, product, digital, and dealer support channels. You will lead the development of annual marketing plans, campaign execution, and event activity while ensuring all output aligns with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, dealers, and external partners, the role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You will oversee campaigns from concept through execution, tracking performance and refining activity to maximise reach, engagement, and lead generation.
DUTIES:
The role is responsible for strengthening brand awareness, supporting sales and dealer performance, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the UK. You will manage budgets, agencies, and timelines while translating market insight into effective, measurable marketing activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Development:
- Develop and deliver UK marketing strategies aligned with wider business objectives
- Own annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and dealer support materials
- Create marketing toolkits and assets for use across future network initiatives
- Plan UK event schedules and coordinate budgets, logistics, and stakeholders
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and traditional channels
- Shape clear product messaging and value propositions for commercial audiences
- Manage marketing spend effectively to ensure strong return on investment
- Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to standard
- Track performance and report against agreed KPIs
Brand Management & Communications:
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all UK marketing materials and dealer communications
- Support PR activity and broader corporate communications where required
- Oversee content development internally and via agency partners
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Lead digital marketing activity including website content, email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising
- Manage and optimise website performance, user experience, and content updates
- Monitor digital campaign results and adjust activity based on performance insights
- Track online engagement and brand reputation across digital platforms
Market Insight & Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback
- Translate insight into actionable marketing improvements and future campaigns
Sales & Dealer Support:
- Develop marketing tools and resources to support sales and aftersales teams
- Support lead generation activity and help improve dealer marketing effectiveness
- Work closely with authorised dealers to promote best‑practice marketing standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role within the automotive sector
- Strong experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns in a UK market context
- Confident managing agencies, budgets, and competing project timelines
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales and lead‑generation objectives
