About the Role
We are recruiting Thai-speaking Market Researchers to support an upcoming international insights project with a leading global research agency.
This is a telephone-based market research role, you will be conducting structured interviews with business professionals, following a clear script, and accurately capturing their responses. Full training and guidance are provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting professional telephone interviews in Thai
- Following a structured script to gather accurate insights
- Recording responses clearly and efficiently
- Representing the client with professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Thai speaker with good English communication
- Confident phone manner and ability to follow structured questions
- Previous market research or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
