My client, a well-established international organisation within the energy sector, is currently looking to hire an HR Manager to join their London-based team. In this role, you will support the delivery of HR operations across the UK business, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.

TITLE: Human Resource Manager

Salary : 40000-50000

Work style: Office based

Language required: Fluent Mandarin

Location: London

Responsibilities:

· Supporting the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training & development

· Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies

· Coordinating payroll inputs, benefits administration and insurance processes

· Assisting with visa, relocation and onboarding logistics for new joiners

· Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits and reporting

· Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and operational support

· Supporting HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirement:

· 3-5 years’ HR experience

· Good understanding of UK employment law

· Experience across generalist HR functions

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

· Fluent English required; Mandarin is a strong advantage
