My client is currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key coordination support across the team.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage office facilities, suppliers, and general administration
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes where required
- Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) support including translation and written communication
- Assist with reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Handle invoices, expenses, and general admin processes
- Support senior stakeholders with coordination and follow-ups
- Assist with company events and internal activities

- Previous experience in administration / coordination or similar roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
