Key Responsibilities
- Create, propose and release monthly finance and tactical campaigns designed to stimulate sales.
- Gather feedback from retailers and track competitor finance activity to support continuous improvement.
- Lead quarterly performance reviews and recommend adjustments based on insights.
- Collaborate on volume planning to align campaigns with opportunities and stock levels.
- Support product teams with pricing exercises and customer insight activities.
- Oversee communication of offers across digital and print channels.
- Conduct structured testing with retailers and customers to refine processes and campaign structures.
- Support additional business requirements where necessary.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in automotive commercial operations, ideally within an OEM environment.
- Background in tactical or finance-led campaign activity with proven impact on vehicle sales.
- Strong understanding of retail consumer finance.
- Experience across core campaign management responsibilities.
- Relevant qualification desirable.
- Commercially minded with strong drive to deliver results.
