We’re supporting a leading global streaming service known for its original content and extensive international reach. With viewers in over 240 countries, the business combines creative storytelling with a strong focus on data. The insights team plays a key role in understanding audience behaviour and helping shape content strategy through smart, research-led decisions.
You’ll be joining the Consumer Insights Operations team – a collaborative group focused on driving engagement across international markets. This team is responsible for managing audience surveys, analysing consumer data, and supporting creative decision-making that influences hundreds of titles, spanning TV, film and live sport.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the programming, testing and deployment of surveys across multiple languages and global markets.
- Managing large volumes of surveys, from creation to delivery, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness.
- Partnering with Research Managers and Ops teams to coordinate translations, quality assurance, and delivery.
- Documenting research workflows, timelines and best practices – including RACI, SOPs and SLAs.
- Analysing customer feedback, survey performance, and platform usage data to improve engagement rates.
- Recommending smarter workflows and operational improvements to streamline international research delivery.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights and supporting wider teams with impactful findings.
- Collaborating daily with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, contributing to the broader strategy.
What we’re looking for:
We’re keen to speak to highly organised analysts and project coordinators with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a genuine interest in film and television.
Must-haves:
- 1-2 years’ professional experience in marketing, consumer insights, or project management (non-internship)
- Strong experience deploying and writing surveys across digital platforms
- Data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with large volumes of survey or research data
- A proactive approach with strong communication and collaboration skills
- A high level of fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian or Dutch are a plus)
- A keen interest in entertainment, streaming, or media production
Nice-to-haves:
- 2+ years in a market research setting or data-driven consumer insights role
- Confidence presenting data and methodology to stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of statistics or analytical tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau)
- Experience working across international markets or with localisation teams
- Familiarity with audience panels, sampling strategies, and visual reporting tools
