The Role
To provide reservation sales, ticketing and reporting services for the airline client represented by the Company.
Key Responsibilities

• Taking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partners
• Generating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMD’s (auto & manual fare-build)
• Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets, whilst adhering to strict airline and company reporting guidelines
• Daily & monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation
• Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face
• Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets etc. both over the phone and face-to-face
• Group bookings and tour operator allocations, including issuing of contractual terms & conditions in conformance to individual airline protocols
• Liaising with Airlines’ local management and head office

Requirements

• Minimum two years experience in an airline reservations and ticketing role
• Strong Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in Amadeus
• Fluent Mandarin – speak, read & write – essential
