Chinese speaking construction manager

Position: Construction Manager

Salary: up to 66k+Other benefit + Bonus

Location: Central London

Job Descriptions:

• To supervise the general construction schedule, cash flow plan and general description submitted by the construction company before the commencement of construction, as well as various detailed plans and change plans submitted during the construction phase;
• Cooperate with the supervision consultant to approve the annual plan prepared by the construction company according to the overall construction schedule;
• Review and monitor the implementation of the plan during construction.
• When the project fails to proceed as planned, the construction unit may be required to adjust or modify the plan and notify the construction unit to take necessary measures to speed up the construction progress. In order to make the actual construction progress in line with the requirements of the construction contract;
• Report the progress to the construction company regularly.
• When the construction progress may cause serious delay of the contract period, it shall be responsible to submit a detailed report on the termination of the construction contract for the construction unit to take measures or make decisions.

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of construction site management experience in THE UK, and working as project manager or supervision engineer is preferred;
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Construction Management or construction Engineering, registered Engineer is preferred;
• Good organizational, coordination and communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability and team spirit, and able to work under great pressure;
• Proficient in office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word, and have strong writing skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both are required as working language), and capable of writing Chinese reports.
