Scrum Master (Team leader )
TITLE: Scrum Master (Team leader )
Salary : £30,000 + benefits
Language required: Fluent English
Location: Reading
Work hours: Flexible work environment with hybrid work-from-home
Duties:
- Split the work between developers.
- Manage team work flows
- Take notes in meetings and all follow up
- Check on project status.
- Liaise with management and stakeholders and keep them informed
- Organize everything around the team, meetings, work schedules etc
- Ensure the team is working in an ” agile ” and flexible manner
- Mentor and support team members.
- Help the team reach for higher performance levels.
- Undertake sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Support the leadership team in communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
Requirements
- 2 years relevant Scrum master experience /Team leadership
- Fluent English
