100% REMOTE: Danish admin & client care
Title: REMOTE DANISH Customer Care/Training Administrator
Salary : £25,000 + Benefits
Location: This is a 100% remote role so you can be based anywhere!
Company: Global design and manufacturing business.
The role
Customer care and admin: this includes role logistics admin and you will have direct client contact. Full training will be provided.
- Use of Danish to liaise with clients based in Denmark. You will use your Danish both written and spoken on a daily basis
- You will help to design client training programmes
- Provide product support and training to dealers
- Translation of various documents from Danish into English
- Liaise with suppliers and warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Danish
- Happy to work remotely
- Customer care or admin experience ( ideally)
