Corporate Receptionist
Title: Corporate Receptionist
Salary: up to £28,000
Location: London-based office. Mayfair
The Company
You will be joining a London based Finance Service company, Headquartered in the US, that is at the cutting edge of new developments within fintech. This entire sector is currently in fast-growth-mode and is changing the way we all shop and pay. The company has developed a new blockchain-based e-commerce platform and also a digital payment system.
They are now looking for a corporate receptionist to join their brand new Mayfair office!
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Meet and greeting visitors to the office
- Managing meeting rooms and organising catering when/as required
- Diary management * Answering telephone and redirecting where necessary
- Distribution of post * Managing couriers and deliveries
- Ad-hoc admin/ data entry overflow supporting other departments
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Previous reception/ front of house experience * Excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels
- Passion for organising, cocoordinating and implementing new processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Chinese language is preferred or the desire of learning Chinese. As the role with potential of being promoted to sale and other admin positions.
