TITLE : HOLLAND-Based Dutch Customer Services Relationship Manager (100% remote or WFH Flexible)

Languages: Fluent Dutch (conversational German is useful)
Location: WFH Remote (the office is based in Germany)
Salary : Total Compensation of Euro 53,000- per annum ( comprised of Euro 40500 + 10% fixed bonus and car allowance of Euro 8,660).

Non-profit global supplier and centralised purchasing office for the buying of food across the hospitality sector. This ranges from purchasing ovens and food ingredients to training courses and you will be involved in looking after, training and nurturing your clients who are all business owners.. Your clients are restaurant owners who will purchase from your centralised buying hub where they can make savings.
Languages needed Fluency in Dutch, German and English
Summary of the role: the role focuses on two main areas:
1) Providing practical day-to-day logistical and operational support to your clients
2) Providing Training to your clients
Duties
Operational Sales support and Customer care:
- Manage a portfolio of key relationships (all are retail or restaurant owners )
- Introduce clients to new products & services that have been purchase centrally and that therefore offer excellent value for money and will help them grow their profits
- Help with stock control: make sure correct stock is available for current & future food promotions .
- Work directly with suppliers including local drinks companies, fresh -produce suppliers and suppliers of food-related equipment
- Liaising with warehouse and the Distribution Centre to ensure products arrive on time
- Inform clients of price changes for various ingredients, machinery or for restaurant-specific equipment such as fridges and freezers etc
- Manage “product recalls”
- Make site visits to restaurants where possible
- Translate into Dutch for the Netherlands market
- Budget management and tracking and analysis of performance and client satisfaction
Training & practical support
- Provide training and information on new food recipes or products
- Organising team training & financial training
- Help to set business targets and establish forecasting
- Monitor sales progress
- Ensure staff absences & holidays are covered
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch
- Customer services experience or Key Account Management
- Hospitality or FMCG background
- Happy to WFH remotely
