TITLE: German Lead Generation Executive

Salary : £32,000- £42,000 + OTE
Location: WFH currently , but eventually this will be partly office based

The company: Fast-expanding medical company that works with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. The company is looking to take someone on who will stay and develop in the role into more of an account management position
The role in a nutshell: You will proactively generate new business opportunities and make appointments for service demonstrations .
New Business Development
Research the market place
- Find decision makers and reach out to them
- Send through marketing collateral and do all follow up
- Secure 15, well qualified, face to face appointments per quarter for the sales team to go and present opportunities
- Develop a real in depth knowledge of your market, your potential clients and the decision makers within the prospective companies
- Create ” contacts” reports with an update and forecasts
- Pass on well researched “warm leads” to an Account Executive
- Use of Salesforce, and any other sales prospecting tools to locate decision makers
Requirements:
- Fluent German
- Previous experience of outbound cold calling in a results driven environment
