TITTLE: Hungarian Speaker Customer Support Specialist

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are searching for a passionate customer service representative with a commercial mindset to work in a Help-desk centre, providing support and technical advice to clients both in the UK and Hungary.

Amongst other, your key responsibilities will be:

• Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
• Providing excellent customer service (including inbound & outbound telephone and email) and being able to implement successful changes to improve Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy.
• Ensuring that specific Brand service requirements are delivered in accordance to brands strategies and customer service level agreements.
• Providing clear communications between the company and its customers. Ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing product advice.
• Providing general local language support which may include translations.
• Recognising problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers.
• Identifying potential membership upgrade/opportunities for Business Development and transferring them to the relevant departments.
• Bringing improvements to the daily operational activities, resulting in increased value for the customer as well as internal process improvements.
• Designing and implementing departmental processes and procedures including maintenance of required documentation to agreed standards to ensure quality.

KEY SKILLS

• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone and excellent writing abilities.
• Confident in IT systems – Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
• Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
