We are looking for an individual to upgrade and modernise their Transaction Reporting function from submission, review QA’ing and analysis.
Main duties will include:
Submission of various transaction and position reports
Maintenance of static data required for accurate reporting
Performing periodic Reporting reconciliations. This includes break management and escalation of issues
Timely escalation of issues identified in the process in line with Regulatory Operations escalation process and protocols
Understand the Company Regulatory Reporting flows, including exception management and resolution within the regulators required timelines
Developing a relationship with Middle Office, Compliance and Technology areas to assist with the resolution of exceptions
Quality Assurance of the reports we upload: pull data from MDP, Trade Repository, Exchanges and check quality. MI to show this
